Build Time 
Depending on the size of your piece, number of other commissions ahead of yours as well as material availability. Most of our pieces are completed within a 2 month time period.
 
Custom Commissions
We are always excited to design and build new challenges. Brandon will work with you from start to finish, concept to installed product. 
 
Shipping
We use a variety of carriers to meet the needs of our clients. Depending on the size of your project will determine the method of shipment whether it be professional parcel packaging to LTL freight shipping.
 
Payment
Custom commission invoices will be given after agreed concept and design. Payments are made in 2 parts. Part 1 to begin the build and Part 2 beginning installation. 

Cancelations and Returns
Cancelations are excepted within 24hrs. Exchanges are offered. No Refunds but if you have an issue with your order please contact us immediately.
