Build Time 
Depending on the size and scope of your order, material availability as well as other commissions ahead of yours. Most of our pieces are completed within a 3-6 week period.
 
Custom Commissions
We are always excited to design and build new challenges. Brandon will work with you from start to finish, concept to installation. 
 
Shipping
Standard transit time of 5-7 business days. We use a variety of carriers to meet the needs of our customers. From White Glove delivery to LTL freight shipping.

Cancelations and Returns
Cancelations are excepted within 48hrs. Refunds or Exchanges are offered for damaged or defective items. Refunds are subject to approval. Some orders may be subject to a Loss of Labor fee. If you have an issue with your order please contact us.
